If you provide your phone number through our website, by phone, or in person, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from MAC Insurance regarding your insurance quotes, appointments, policy updates, and related customer service communications. Message frequency varies based on your activity and account needs.
We do not share, sell, rent, or release your mobile phone number, SMS content, or mobile opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to communicate with you about MAC Insurance services.

For additional details regarding our SMS program — including message frequency, opt-out instructions, and supported carriers — please see our Terms of Service.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With insurance carriers and enrollment platforms (such as Healthcare.gov, state-based marketplaces, Medicare, and participating carriers) solely for the purpose of providing you with quotes and completing enrollment
- With licensed agents and staff of MAC Insurance who need the information to serve you

- When required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, safety, or the safety of others
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you and ensure the receiving party agrees to comparable privacy protections
We never share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text message content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
