About MAC Insurance

MAC Insurance is a licensed insurance agency specializing in Medicare, Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance, life insurance, and related coverage. We help clients compare plans and enroll with participating carriers. We are located at 806 W Dr M L King Jr Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34601.

Services

Our services include insurance quote comparisons, enrollment assistance, plan reviews, and ongoing customer support. We are not an insurance carrier — we are an independent agency that works with multiple carriers on your behalf. Coverage, eligibility, and premium amounts are determined by the carriers, not by MAC Insurance.

SMS / Text Message Program

Program Name: MAC Insurance SMS

Description: By providing your phone number to MAC Insurance through our website, by phone, or in person, you consent to receive text messages from MAC Insurance regarding insurance quotes, appointment confirmations, policy updates, enrollment periods, and customer service communications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and account needs. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries, as appointment reminders, or in connection with your active insurance policies. Typical frequency is 1–5 messages per week.

Message and Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. MAC Insurance does not charge you to receive messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. If you wish to resume messages, you may reply START or contact us directly.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability of your mobile carrier's network.

Privacy: We do not share, sell, rent, or release your mobile phone number, SMS content, or mobile opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, request insurance quotes, or enroll in coverage through MAC Insurance. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes, enrolling in coverage, or communicating with our agents. Inaccurate information may result in denial of coverage, claim disputes, or policy cancellation by the carrier.

No Guarantee of Coverage

MAC Insurance does not guarantee approval, premium amounts, or continuation of any insurance policy. All coverage decisions are made by the issuing insurance carrier based on the carrier's underwriting guidelines and applicable law.

Third-Party Services

We may refer you to third-party carriers, providers, or services. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MAC Insurance website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MAC Insurance or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAC Insurance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or communications. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to MAC Insurance for the service giving rise to the claim.
