Do Not Call Policy

How to ask us to stop calling or texting you, and how we honor those requests.

Effective date: July 14, 2026

MAC Insurance Agency LLC (“MAC Insurance,” “we,” “us”) is committed to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, FCC regulations (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200), and applicable state telemarketing and do-not-call laws, including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act. This policy describes how we maintain our internal Do Not Call list and how you can ask us to stop contacting you.

How to Ask Us to Stop Contacting You

You may request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list at any time, by any of the following methods:

  • Text: Reply STOP to any text message from us
  • Phone: Tell any of our representatives during a call that you do not wish to be contacted, or call us at (352) 652-4100
  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or email your request with your name and phone number to support@macinsurance.org
  • Mail or web: Contact us through our contact page or by mail at the address below

No particular wording is required. Any reasonable request to stop calls or messages will be honored.

What Happens When You Ask

  • Your request is recorded in our systems immediately, and your phone number is blocked from our outbound calling and texting systems. Federal rules allow up to 30 days to process a request; our systems apply the block right away.
  • Your request applies to telephone calls and text messages from MAC Insurance Agency LLC. If you ask us to stop one channel (for example, texts), we will also stop calls unless you tell us otherwise.
  • We honor internal Do Not Call requests indefinitely, exceeding the five-year minimum required by federal law, unless you later ask to be contacted again.
  • We do not sell or share our internal Do Not Call list, and we do not call numbers on it for telemarketing purposes.

The National Do Not Call Registry and Your Consent

We access and honor the National Do Not Call Registry as required by law. We may contact consumers whose numbers appear on the national or a state registry only where an exception applies — most commonly when the consumer has given prior express written consent to be contacted (for example, by checking a consent box when registering for one of our classes or seminars, or when requesting a quote), or where an established business relationship exists under applicable law.

You may revoke your consent at any time using any of the methods above. Revocation is honored immediately.

Our Calling Practices

  • We place outbound calls and send text messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the time zone of the person being contacted.
  • We transmit accurate caller ID information on every outbound call, including a telephone number you can call back.
  • Calls that may use automated technology, prerecorded messages, or artificial/AI-generated voices are made only with the prior express written consent required by law.

Training and Accountability

All MAC Insurance personnel who place outbound calls or send text messages are trained on this policy before engaging in any outbound contact, and the policy is reviewed with our team periodically. Do Not Call requests received by any team member are entered into our system of record, which enforces the block automatically across our calling and texting tools.
